About Abdelis

Rumor has it nowadays folks will have 3-7 careers in their lifetime. I’ve made a few switches myself already. I’ve been a crisis responder, taught college courses, built and led trainings for audiences of over 100 people, recruited literal rocket scientists while in Big Tech, spent time in high-risk schools supporting volunteers, written employee handbooks in my “free” time, and spent my fair share of time deep in an excel spreadsheet. The common thread in my experiences? People and structure. Funny, isn’t it? The human factor is the most wild card there is but I have fun figuring it out. I love helping people get organized, find balance, and build infrastructure that makes their lives easier and businesses more functional. I do all of this with empathy and in a judgement free zone. No one’s a “hot mess”, they just need a helping hand.

Working with me means working with someone who believes Black Lives Matter, the LGBTQ+ community is one to be proud of, women’s rights are essential, and science is real. These beliefs are in alignment with the values of this business— authenticity, community, and efficiency.
